More information on Tenerife Resorts: The complex Lagos de Fañabé is situated on the beach front of Urbanisation Fañabé. This excellent location offers wonderful sea views and access to the beach. 
The resort consists of 180 one and two bedroom apartments, surrounded by exotic gardens and lake style swimming pools, pool bar/restaurant, TV room, games room and restaurant. Reception and security services are provided 24 hours a day. The units are spacious and well designed with fully equipped kitchens and luxury bathrooms. Well furnished lounge areas include TV and extend onto private balconies or gardens. A full range of tourist facilities are available on-site or nearby, including car-hire, money exchange, tennis courts, fitness centre, supermarket and gift shops. Lagos de Fañabé Phase II is an exceptional new development situated in the new residential area of Playa de Fañabé.  This outstanding complex is in a prime position on the beach front. The complex has 220 units consisting of studios, one bedroom apartments and luxurious villas set amongst exotic gardens. There are two equally impressive swimming pools, with the added advantage of a wet bar and a specially adapted children's area. On site facilities include a bar/restaurant, television/games room and gymnasium. All units at Lagos de Fañabé Phase II are extensively furnished with a full kitchen, bathroom, television, safety deposit box, lounge and terrace. Most ground floor units have the added advantage of a private garden. Those on the higher level may have a roof top solarium. Parque del Sol is situated in the recently developed area of Playa de Fañabé.  This attractive complex has panoramic mountain and sea views, beautiful walkways bordered by lush flower beds and a spectacular swimming pool.
The apartments are finely decorated and depending on size and location, have either one or two spacious bedrooms, private balcony or terrace. All units have fully fitted and equipped kitchens/bathrooms. The lounge area includes dining table and TV. On-site facilities include pool bar/restaurant, air-conditioned restaurant; mini golf, tennis courts, table tennis, gymnasium, sauna and steam room, 24 hour reception and security services and a residents lounge/bar. Yucca Park, only twenty minutes drive from the airport Reina Sofia, in the south of Tenerife, is situated in the privileged area of Playa de Fañabé, just 200 metres from the beach.  The resort consists of 98 apartments, built on two levels, around a splendid centralised lake style swimming pool.
The apartments all have a large living/dining area with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a private terrace/balcony. Depending on the size of the unit, there is also either one or two fully furnished double bedrooms. All apartments have safes and telephones. Yucca Park is a beautiful complex, complemented by mature gardens, ample sunbathing areas, two squash courts, two saunas, television room, games room and a bar/cafe. Reception is open 24 hours a day. Colonial Village is situated centrally in the heart of Playa de Las Americas, minutes from the beach and within easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions that the town has to offer. 
The complex consists of 76 units comprising of studios, one and two bedroom villas and apartments. All are well furnished with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Most units have either a private garden or terrace. All units have TV facilities. The accommodation is constructed around a good sized swimming pool with ample sunbathing areas. The complex covers an area of 7,000 square metres, much of which is exotically landscaped. On site facilities include restaurant/bar, supermarket, rent-a-car, fitness centre, squash, sauna, jacuzzi, martial arts hall with instructor, 24 hour reception and security services, gift shop and news stand.
