This very attractive complex is situated in the Costa de la Calma urbanisation in the most westerly part of Santa Ponsa. The complex itself has a beautiful swimming pool area with large sun bathing areas, pretty gardens and during the summer months there is a pool-side bar. The nearest supermarket is less than 100 metres away and there is a small natural cove/beach called Cala Blanca less than 5 minutes walk away. We have a selection of Studio apartments available in this complex each with living room that has an open plan kitchenette, glazed balcony (some overlooking the swimming pool area) and separate bathroom. This is a small apartment complex of approximately 30 apartments located directly on the Santa Ponsa seafront, affording excellent views across main beach. Edificio Capri is a complex of 55 apartments situated at the southeast side of the Bay of Santa Ponsa. The complex and swimming pool have a secure entry and thus offers a very safe family environment with only residents within the complex. All the amenities and facilities you would expect to find in a modern holiday resort are within easy reach of this complex including shops, supermarkets, laundrette, hair salon and bakery. Very pretty Mediterranean style complex of two and three storey properties constructed around a central swimming pool, solarium areas and pretty gardens. This popular complex also has a children's play area, mini golf and during the main season there is a pool-side bar offering refreshments during those hot summer days and nights. Situated in a very peaceful area of the resort some 7 or 8 minutes walk from the main beach and town centre an ideal destination for a quieter family holiday without being too far away. Here we have a selection of 1-bedroom townhouse style accommodation with small private terrace to front, main living room, kitchen and guest toilet on the ground floor and double bedroom with French windows onto balcony and full bathroom on the first floor.
